Return Exchange policy -NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES DUE TO HYGIENIC REASON. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are not responsible for any errors in the shipping address or order details that result in lost/misdelivered packages.
If you are not satisfied with KBeauty Canada purchase for product quality reasons, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for KBeauty Canada purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 30% of the purchase price.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud – KBeauty Canada
KBeauty Canada is committed to maintaining a secure and fair shopping experience. We actively monitor all orders for payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false refund or return claims, use of stolen payment methods, and misuse of promotions or discount codes. Suspicious orders may require additional verification.
Cancellation of order
If the package hasn't shipped and is still at our facility, the order can be cancelled and a full refund issued. However, if the package has already left our facility and is in transit, cancelling the order becomes difficult.
To cancel an order in transit, the package must be sent back to us at the client’s expense. Once we receive the package, we will carefully examine the products and initiate the refund process if the package is unopened and in new condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and our shipping fee will apply when we process the refund.
We may cancel your order at our discretion. This can include, but is not limited to, limited inventory, purchasing one item in large quantities.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Consequences of Fraud:
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate order cancellation, permanent account suspension, and loss of access to future promotions. Fraud cases may also be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, anti-fraud networks, and law enforcement. We reserve the right to recover any associated costs, fees, or losses resulting from fraudulent actions.
Product Defect Return Policy
We take product quality seriously and stand behind the items we sell. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please review the policy below.
Eligibility for Defect Claims

Defect claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered, without exception.

Proof of purchase is required.

Photo or video evidence of the defect may be requested for verification.
- Product unused or with 90% of the contents intact.

Final Notice
Any defect claims made after the 7-day window from the delivery date will not be accepted or reviewed.
