Eyeliners

Eyeliners are makeup that add color to the area around the eyes to accent and highlight appearance of the eyes. Eyeliners are used to emphasize the eyelids and/or alter how the eyes are perceived. Eyeliner has a variety of types, including liquid, powder-based pencil, wax-based pencil, and kohl.
