Shipping and Delivery Policies.
Please note that Kbeauty.ca is not responsible for any lost, stolen, refused, or unclaimed packages; therefore, we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements in such scenarios. However, if you face any delivery issues, you can contact us, and we will try our best to resolve it with the shipping company on your behalf.
For smooth delivery, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, you may be charged additional fees for re-delivery. In case you request a refund, please note that any costs incurred during the transit (such as original shipping cost, package return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and applicable duties) will be deducted from the refund amount. If the package is lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the seller won't be responsible for the lost item.
If the package is delivered to a community mailbox in hot or cold temperatures, please collect it immediately to avoid damage to the items. Kbeauty.ca will not be responsible for any damage caused by weather or temperature-related issues.
If the package is held at the nearest post office for pick-up, please ensure that you collect it promptly as per the instructions on the delivery notice card. Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to additional fees if you request re-delivery. If you request a refund, please note that the refund amount will be deducted by the original shipping cost and the package return shipping cost.
Please note that Kbeauty.ca is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with packages shipped outside of Canada.
Please note that the delivery times listed are estimates only and may vary due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, and unforeseen circumstances. While we will do our best to help with any shipping delays, we cannot be responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
For large quantity orders, you may receive some items separately, and on different dates, although we try our best to minimize this issue by packaging all items together.
Please note that separate orders to the same shipping address may be packaged and shipped together.
The company, KBeuaty.ca will designate the carriers for the free shipping option.
Should the client wish for the company, KBeauty.ca to utilize a specific carrier for the order, please be advised that the client will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, irrespective of the total purchase amount.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud – KBeauty Canada
KBeauty Canada is committed to maintaining a secure and fair shopping experience. We actively monitor all orders for payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false refund or return claims, use of stolen payment methods, and misuse of promotions or discount codes. Suspicious orders may require additional verification.

We might encounter difficulties when shipping to certain locations and PO Box addresses. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. A shipping surcharge may be applied to remote areas if the customer still wishes to have the ordered item delivered.
Regular Shipping Rates & Timing
Notice: We are experiencing significant delays in delivery times due to an increase in packages during the holiday season. Transit times may take up to 15 business days. We hope the delivery companies can resolve this delay quickly.
KBeauty Canada reserves the right to select delivery companies at its discretion, even if XPRESSPOST or Expedite Post services are chosen.

Failed or Unclaimed Delivery
Incorrect Address Entries:
If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the items are returned by the shipping company, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. However, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. To prevent any potential issues, please verify your address during checkout. If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us right away at info@kbeauty.ca before the package is shipped so we can try to resolve the issue before dispatch. If the package is lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the seller won't be responsible for the lost item.
Delivery Confirmation:
At KBeauty, we rely on the shipping company's tracking system and PROOF OF DELIVERY (DIGITAL PICTURES) to verify whether a package has been delivered to the intended address.
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete, and ownership of the package is transferred to the recipient.
The "Delivered" status may appear in the carrier's tracking system and will serve as proof of delivery.
If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, we consider the package as successfully delivered.
In these instances, KBeauty will not be liable for refunds or reshipments.
Before contacting us about missing packages, we highly suggest:
- Checking with neighbours, family, or other residents.
- Looking at all conceivable delivery locations around your home.
- Investigating parcel lockers or any designated package receiving areas.
- Searching for a key or notice in your mailbox that may point to the package being in a larger mailbox compartment, or that it has been stored at a local delivery location.
- KBeauty Canada may share customers' contact information and purchase details for the investigation of the incident.
- If you believe the delivered package has been stolen, contact the local police department, file a report, and keep the report number.
For added assurance against potential shipping mishaps, consider opting for our Shipping Protection Service.
Liability Limitations:
KBeauty.ca will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the package once it has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the package is lost, stolen, or damaged after the delivery confirmation.
Recipient Responsibilities:

- It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and secure the package upon delivery.
- We recommend providing a secure delivery location (e.g., a porch, mailbox, or a delivery locker) or utilizing delivery instructions to ensure safe receipt.

Reporting Missing Packages:
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, recipients should immediately contact the carrier to investigate the issue. If needed, KBeauty.ca can assist with contacting the carrier, but the resolution will be handled by the carrier. - Please reach out to us in 3 business days if you haven't received the product showing delivered/ received damaged. No claim can be made if you contact us 3 days after showing that items have been delivered.
- If you believe the delivered package has been stolen, contact the local police department, file a report, and keep the report number.
Claims and Refunds:
Claims related to theft, loss, or damage of a package after delivery confirmation must be directed to the carrier. KBeauty.ca does not provide refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered.
Customer Protection:
Customers are encouraged to use tracking services, delivery instructions, or request signature confirmation where available to ensure safe receipt of their items.
Conclusion: By purchasing from KBeauty.ca, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We strongly advise recipients to take precautionary measures to ensure the secure receipt of their packages upon delivery.

Cancellation of order
If the package hasn't shipped and is still at our facility, the order can be cancelled and a full refund issued. However, if the package has already left our facility and is in transit, cancelling the order becomes difficult.
To cancel an order in transit, the package must be sent back to us at the client’s expense. Once we receive the package, we will carefully examine the products and initiate the refund process if the package is unopened and in new condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and our shipping fee will apply when we process the refund.

Shipping Insurance Claim Policy
Policy Statement:
In the event of a theft during shipping, the following steps must be followed to initiate a claim under our shipping insurance policy:

The claimant must notify both the shipping company and KBeauty.ca as soon as the theft is discovered. Prompt notification will help in processing the claim efficiently. -
File a Police Report:
A police report detailing the theft must be filed with the relevant local law enforcement agency. The report should include all pertinent details, such as the date of the incident, a description of the goods stolen, and any available evidence. -
Submit a Theft Affidavit:
In addition to the police report, the claimant must submit a signed affidavit attesting to the theft. The affidavit should include:- A detailed description of the stolen items
- Date and time of discovery of the theft
- Any steps taken to mitigate or report the incident promptly
- The form will be provided to claimant to be signed.
- The affidavit must be provided and signed before a notary public.

Provide Supporting Documentation:
The claimant must provide any additional documentation requested by KBeauty.ca for the claim assessment. -
Investigation and Resolution:
Upon receipt of the necessary documentation, KBeauty.ca will investigate to validate the claim. Claims that meet all requirements and are supported by verifiable evidence will be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with the policy terms, including the delivery policy. -
Claims Review:
Claims will be reviewed in a timely manner. Any discrepancies, missing information, or fraudulent claims may result in denial of coverage.
Consequences of Fraud:
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate order cancellation, permanent account suspension, and loss of access to future promotions. Fraud cases may also be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, anti-fraud networks, and law enforcement. We reserve the right to recover any associated costs, fees, or losses resulting from fraudulent actions.
