The Skin House Marine Active Toner is a lightweight and watery hyaluronic acid toner that deeply hydrates dry and dehydrated skin. It is absorbed quickly and effectively, moisturizing without leaving any stickiness. This toner contains hyaluronic acid, deep sea water, and seaweed extract to bolster hydration and nourish the skin.
The key ingredients include Hyaluronic Acid to intensely hydrate, Deep Sea Water to provide natural minerals, and Pearl Extract to remove unwanted skin.
HOW TO USE
Apply the toner lightly with either your palms or a cotton pad after cleansing. Massage it into your skin until it is fully absorbed.
