Mamonde Rose Water Toner contains 90.97% Damask rose water, hyaluronic acid, and allantoin, which work to provide skin with hydration, soft exfoliation of impurities, and relief from redness. With a unique and effective combination of natural ingredients, this toner help to remove makeup residue and dead skin cells while providing a calming and hydrating effect. Additionally, it is free of mineral oils, artificial coloring, and animal ingredients.
