HOW TO USE
- Shake the bottle well before opening to mix the water-based and emollient layers.
- Take off contact lens before use.
- Apply a generous amount of the remover onto a cotton pad.
- Place the moistened cotton pad on your eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds.
- Wipe gently to remove makeup, allowing the product to blend with the makeup for easy removal without harsh rubbing.
