Returns and Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date provided by the shipping provider), we accept returns on brand-new, unused items that are still sealed in their original packaging.

 

We can only accept returns on  brand new, unused, and unopened items for hygienic reasons.

 

Items that have been used or opened cannot be returned or refunded.

 

The original sales receipt is required to be included with every return.


All items with a sale price, purchases made with a discount code, and purchases made as part of promotions are considered final sales and not subject to returns or exchanges.

 

Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 

Please email us at info@kbeauty.ca to request a Return Number (RN) and instructions on how to start the return process.

 

Returns submitted without a Return Number won't be processed.
